For standard change-of-mind returns, footwear should generally be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, except for reasonable indoor try-on.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law.

10. Refunds
